Megan & Willis established Nautical Homes in 2018 to provide a platform to promote their range of coastal inspired building plans.

As many of these plans had previously been built as spec homes, they felt it was time to make these designs more widely available, with an aim to streamlining the decision-making process for their clients.

Megan & Willis pride themselves on their point of difference, which is personally overseeing the project management and build for each job they take on. They also have long standing relationships with their locally based sub-contractors, which helps ensure project schedules are kept on track.

Megan & Willis established themselves in Whitianga in 2015 and set up DLM Construction. They now run both companies concurrently, with DLM acting as the main contractor for Nautical Homes’ designs.

Megan and Willis currently live on the Whitianga Waterways with their two boys Lachie and Kenzie, and dog Ziggy.

Nautical Homes is part of the network of registered Master Builders.
